Rental Frequently Asked Questions


How do I make a reservation, and pay for my rentals?

When you are ready to reserve your rental items, contact us at 321-325-5793.  One of our event specialists will confirm availability, pricing, and delivery instructions.  We will provide you with all the information you need, and a 50% deposit is required with a credit card on file.  The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your order.

Do you offer customer pick up?

Yes, we are located at 220 Alafaya Woods Blvd, Suite 1002, Oviedo, Florida 32765 in the Figland Plaza across from Publix.  

How are the rentals packed?

Rentals ready for pick up are  clean, and ready to use.  Linens are cleaned, pressed, and ready for use.  We will include a linen bag to place the dirty linens in after use.

Do I need to clean my rentals before I return them?

When returning chargers we ask that you remove  any food debris with a damp towel.  You should not wash them, as this could damage the chargers.  Linens do not need to be returned clean, we  ask that you remove any food, or debris before placing them in the linen bag provided at delivery.  If linens become wet, please allow them to dry and then place them in the linen bag.

What happens if I damage a rental item/or I have a missing item?

You will be charged for the current replacement cost of the damaged or missed items with the credit card on file.
